Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and requirements.
- Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases to manage and track candidate pipelines effectively.
- Conduct technical and non-technical interviews to assess candidates fit for various IT roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT market trends, skills, and technologies.
- Provide a seamless candidate experience and build long-term professional relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter, preferably in an RPO environment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
