-Handling all the joining formalities of the new joinees and
collecting all the necessary documents during the joining of new
employee and getting all the necessary forms filled from the
new joinees for statutory requirement. Filing them in personal
files and arranging the ID cards and coordinating with the bank
for opening salary accounts.
- Taking Induction sessions of the new joinees with - Company
Background,Organization structure, HR policies & benefits,
explaining them the working environment and reporting style,
making them aware about the work environment.
- Preparing offer letters, joining letters, appointment letters,
designation change letters for the contractual employees as per
the company policies.
- Maintenance of office files (Existing and Resigned Employees).
- Managing & Updating Employees record from time to time in MIS.
-Conducting background verification of selected candidates.
- Internal Recruitment.
- Solving employees issues on time.
