Managing filing systems
Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management
Recording office expenditure and managing the budget
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction
Carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff
Attending conferences and training
Understand and apply applicable policies and procedures, laws, regulations, and rules
Discussing problems with staff
Reporting to management
Ability to instruct, direct, and evaluate employees.
Ability to establish and maintain effect relationships with government officials such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Income tax departments etc..,
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to maintain favorable public relations.
Reviewing and implementing the company's health and safety policy
Undertake other duties such as banking, credit control or payroll functions.
Depending on the organization, duties of the role may extend to the management of social media.
Scan the Inquirer, Daily News, Social Network and other statutory services for development of Organization.
Responsible for House Keeping, Statutory requirements with Government Offices, Stock & Stationary , Office Maintenance, Office equipment, AMC , Vendors, Canteen Hygiene.
